Presently, we welcome payments made with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, as well as Cash on Delivery (where you make the payment before trying on the item).

Shipping & Delivery

If you were unable to receive your delivery after three unsuccessful attempts in the UAE, please reach out to us to arrange for the order to be resent.

If you would like to modify the timing or date of your order delivery, simply contact our Customer Care team, and they will assist you in fulfilling your request.

To cancel your order, follow these steps:
- Please contact our Customer Care team with your full name and order number.
- If your order has not been shipped, we will be able to cancel it for you.
- If the payment for your order has already been deducted from your account, a refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
However, if your order has already been processed and shipped, please wait for the delivery to be completed. After receiving the order, you can schedule a return inside your Customer Account.

- For orders below 1000 AED:
- In Dubai next-day and 2-3 day delivery incur a fee of 25 AED.
- In Dubai same-day delivery carries a fee of 35 AED.
- UAE, Saudi, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain - 80 AED

KSA: Delivery to Saudi Arabia takes approximately 3-6 working days.
Oman: Delivery to Oman typically takes around 2-4 working days.
